ONLINE BILL PAY NOTICE
Effective July 1, 2010 the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority implemented a new 15 digit customer account number for all customers. As of July 21, 2010 you will need the new 15 digit account number in order to use the online payment option.
Customers who receive a bill in July will have the new account number listed on the bill. If you would like to make a payment on a bill that you received prior to June 30, 2010 you may call customer service at 203-776-3570 to receive your new 15 digit account number.

The GNHWPCA Online Bill Pay Service is available free of charge to any customer with a valid checking or savings account. Customers will need to register on this web site only once and then can begin reaping the rewards of this valuable improvement over traditional paper checks.
Confirmation of payment via the web-based system is not a final guarantee of payment until the payment amount has been debited from your bank account and credited to the GNHWPCA. All payments should be submitted at least three business days prior to the due date printed on the bill to avoid any late penalties. Any payment returned unpaid by your bank for any reason will result in non-posting of your submitted payment, plus a returned funds fee.
