Customers now have a greater variety of ways to manage their GNHWPCA sewer use bill account. The options include managing account
information and making payments through a personal account portal, or making payments in-person at an authorized payment location or via U.S. Mail.

Bill payments can be conveniently made through one's personal secure Customer Account Portal either online (www.cap.gnhwpca.com) or via a phone call to our automated IVR system. Credit, Debit Cards, or e-checks are accepted.

GNHWPCA sewer use bills can now be paid at several locations throughout the Greater New Haven area.

Please Note: Payments made by mail or at the various payment locations usually require a minimum of five days to reach our office. Please allow sufficient time when making your payment.
